Luxurious executive 5 bedroom 4 bathroom private pool villa built and furnished fall 2004. Situated in the prestigious Emerald Island Resort which sits 5 minutes from Disney World.
Emerald Island is surrounded by wetlands so has the peacefulness of the country while being so close to Disney.
The villa is approached via the resorts picturesque palm tree lined drive, once through the gated entrance (which is manned 24hrs a day) you will see a stunning dolphin sculptured fountain and beyond there is a small woodland area perfect for walking or jogging.
Two minutes from Emerald Island is Formosa Plaza with a large variety of restaurants and a supermarket. Across the road from Formosa Plaza (on the 192) there is a 24hr pharmacy store (Walgreen's) this area has lots of amenities from gift shops, fast food including McDonalds, Burger King, Subway to the great American All you can eat breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet style at Sizzler, Golden Coral etc, Steak Houses including Outback, Red Lobster and fine dining at Carrabas (Italian plus more, happy hour 6-7pm)
The resorts club house FREE amenities include a Gym, Sauna, Computers with internet access, a games room, and a lounge with coffee, lemonade, and a TV. The community pool also boasts a Tiki bar if you fancy being more social than using the villas own private pool and spa. There's also a child's play area, and a sand volleyball court.
Any questions you may have when you visit can be answered by the very helpful resort staff.

The master bedroom overlooks the pool and has a King size bed while the en-suite has a corner bath, separate shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet, hairdryer, there is a large walk in closet with lots of hanging space.
The second Master bedroom is upstairs with its own en-suite which is a full bathroom with a shower over the bath and hairdryer.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have twin beds and share the main bathroom which has a shower over the bath, wash hand basin, toilet and hairdryer.
The 5 th bedroom is on the ground floor. Across from this bedroom is a shower room with wash hand basin, toilet and hairdryer.
All bedrooms have fitted closets.
All towels and linen are provided for the home.
The living area with it's soaring 17ft high ceiling is a great place to relax in comfort after a busy day at the theme parks, where you will find a TV, DVD/VHS and slim line Playstation2.
The tastefully decorated dinning area has an upgraded table and six chairs whilst the nook features another table with four chairs.
The nook leads to the lanai (an outdoor shaded area by the pool) then to the pool area.
The kitchen comes fully fitted with everything we think you could possibly need from dishes to the dishwasher.
There's also your own personal laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The villa boasts a TV in each of the 5 bedrooms as well as a TV in the lounge, also situated in the lounge is a DVD/ VCR with an extra DVD player and portable radio, CD, mp3 player which can be moved into any other room. For kids and adults alike a slim line playstation 2 is also in the house with 2 controllers.
There is a library of music CD's, movies on DVD and playstation games to suit the whole family.
In the garage/games room you'll find a 7ft pool table complete with cues, a 7ft 6in Air Hockey table, games/card table with 4 chairs and an assortment of board games.
The swimming pool is west facing allowing maximum afternoon sun with a six seater spa, extended deck, with a lani for those odd times you may want to sit out of the sun. Room for the whole family to relax and to protect the younger children while you relax there is a safety screen to stop them falling into the pool. The pool and spa with it's under water lighting can also be enjoyed in those warm Florida evenings, relaxing on good quality pool furniture.
